On-line orders can be paid using:

2. Will I get a receipt with my order?
You can print a sales receipt after submitting your order.

3. Will my credit card be charged immediately?
Yes, when you enter your credit card information and click "Submit Order", your credit card information is run through Verisign. Once your credit card has been processed successfully, you will immediately be able to print an order confirmation number, and your sales receipt.

4. How will my order be delivered and when will I receive my order?
Your orders are shipped via UPS within 3 business days of the order being received and should arrive within 10 days.Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays. Should you not receive your order with 10 days, please call 1-888-447-3153 and speak to a Customer Service Representative Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm EST, who will help you track your package.

5. Are quantity discounts and/or custom sizes available?

6. Can I remove items from my shopping cart or do I just start over?
You can remove items from your shopping cart at any time. To view your shopping cart, click on the link on the right hand side of the page. Check the boxes next to the items you wish to remove, then click "Update Cart". To add more of an item to your cart, change the number under Qty and click "Update Cart".

7. Can you ship to an international address?
It is now possible for you to place an order with us if you live outside of the United States or Canada. Simply add the items to your Shopping Cart. Then, from the Shopping Cart page, select the "International Checkout" option. You will be automatically transferred to Bongo's Secure International Checkout page where you will be provided with international shipping costs as well as duties and taxes for your shipment. Upon completion of your order, Bongo will charge your credit card for the entire purchase. We will ship the goods to Bongo's Global Distribution Facility where Bongo will process the order and transport the goods to your international address. There are no additional fees or registration processes with this service. Please contact a Customer Service Representative at 1-888-447-3153 with any questions or concerns.

8. Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, you can ship items to 1 address different from your billing address within The United States & Canada. At this time, the Nu-Source Inc. website is only able to process your entire order being delivered to an alternate address. To ship to multiple addresses you can:

  • Process a separate order for each address you wish to ship to using the Nu-Source Inc. website.
  • Contact a customer service representative, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm EST and they will place your order for you. Please let us know if this is a gift.

9. If I send a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?
No, just remember to check the box indicating that you'd like us to include a gift receipt with your order on the billing and shipping information page of checkout. The recipient will receive documentation that lists the items received, but not their prices, which can be used to return or exchange merchandise, as required.

10. My order hasn't arrived, how do I track my order?
Please call our Customer Service Representatives, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm EST, at 1-888-447-3153. They will be happy to assist you in tracking your order.

11. I didn't receive an order number when placing my order. What should I do?
You should have been able to print a receipt on checkout. If you did not retain a receipt please call our Customer Service Representatives Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm EST, at 1-888-447-3153.

12. How do I change or cancel an order?
If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order after it has been processed, please call 1-888-447-3153 as soon as possible. If your order was placed on a weekend or at a time when our Customer Service Department is closed, please leave a message with your daytime phone number and a Customer Service Representative will contact you when the office re-opens.

Note: we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process. A return or exchange will have to be processed.

13. The web site is slow in processing my order. What should I do?
We constantly benchmark our site for performance. If you would like, you are welcome to call and place the order through a Customer Service Representatives, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm EST, at 1-888-447-3153, or try back in a few minutes.

14. How do I use the search function to better locate the products that I am looking for?
You are able to search for items by keyword, item name or item number using the search feature at the top left hand side of the page. If you are still unable to find the item you are looking for it may be out of stock and removed from the website.

15. How do I know if the product I want is available?
All items available through Nu-Source Inc. are currently in stock. From time to time, we run out of stock, and those products are removed from our web site. If you are concerned about an item in particular, or do not see an item listed that you are looking for, please call our Customer Support Representatives, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm EST, at 1-888-447-3153 and we'll be happy to check on the status of the item or suggest similar or complimentary items that you may like instead.

16. Can you store my personal information so that I don't have to re-enter my information when placing an order?
Register with Nu-Source Inc. and we can store your billing and shipping information on our secure server to save you time during checkout.
